Orthodontic Assistant – Private Practice (3 Days/Week).

Dr. Bar Orthodontics opened a brand-new location, and we’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who wants to grow with a practice from the very beginning.
Dr. Bar Orthodontics is a family-owned, doctor-owned practice. We aren’t a corporate office and don’t want to become one. We’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who wants to do excellent work in a personal, small-business setting.
Schedule:
- 3 days per week: Full Day Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What this role is really about:
- Becoming a core team member as we open a new office.
- Following doctor instructions precisely and consistently.
- Being dependable, coachable, and aligned with how we do things.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of dental or orthodontic assisting experience.
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
- Texas X-ray certification.
This is an opportunity for someone who values structure, standards, and long-term growth—not a short-term fill-in role.
